I have absolutely no idea why my Feedjit thing has crapped out on me...*scowls* And I have no freakin' patience right now to sit around and nurture Type Pad through some sort of emotional breakthrough to get it going again...
Bought my dad some Amy Winehouse for his birthday, and since my mum and I were going shopping on Saturday, I stuck the album on my iPod and brought my speaker thingy over to the hotel room so he could listen while we were out...Consequently, I have been prancing all around the house all day today singing the entire album over and over again, and trying to figure out how to get my hair to go up in a big beehive like that...
'They tried to make me go to rehab, I said nooo, nooo, noooo!'
I think I might have found a pattern for the Ravelympics thing, for the Handmaiden Sea Silk...But I am still undecided, basically because I suddenly have a whole bunch of stuff on my plate for the next couple of weeks...Oh, yeah, and because I'm still scared of lace...*snerk*
The new Ravelry ad seems to have really done it for my Etsy shop this time...It's kind of hard to tell exactly where hits are coming from, because Etsy doesn't have any sort of counter or even let you add code for one...I'm thinking maybe if sales keep going up, I might do some sort of sale code for Ravelry to get a better idea of how the ads are working out...It's pretty cool though, and I've had several multiple sales as well...I made a bunch more mini stitch markers this afternoon, and some new style larger ones...I'll have to make sure I photograph those this week since my little file of Etsy items is running low...I'd tried to just fill up my shop with stuff at first until I realized that it's actually better to put one or two items a day in so that your shop pops up multiple times on the front page (more publicity)...I think my next thing is to try and get some sort of "branding" thing going on...One of my customers has a really great idea in her graphic design Etsy shop...The colors aren't quite my taste, but I absolutely love the idea--a total package for all your Etsy needs! *grin*
